This form is for MSS IT Client agencies that are NOT a tenant within Midland Shared Spaces. Why is MSS IT asking for Personal Contact information on my staff member? As more and more agencies begin to follow best practices by enabling Multifactor Authentication, Microsoft and Google require alternative/personal email addresses along with cell phones capable of receiving SMS text codes, phone calls or use a Multifactor Application installed on their "smartphone". By MSS IT having this information, we can personally contact the staff member when providing assistance with their security or during an account compromise or breach. If we need to disable an account immediately during an incident, having these details will allow us to work with the staff member directly to provide new credentials to regain access to their accounts.
